ITINERARY

​

We will start walking in Plaza de Armas of Cusco city, we will pass by the Colonial neighborhood of San Blas, known as the neighborhood of the artisans. We will leave the urban area and then see in the middle of nature, the Old Road that was headed towards the jungle.

​​

On the way, we will pass by Qusilluchayoc or Temple of the Monkeys because of its stone carvings in allusion to the origin of these animals. Then we will pass by the temple of the Moon, beautiful enclosure carved into a rock formation in the shape of a cave where they performed ceremonies giving thanks to the moon for its importance in agricultural cycles and fertility.

Our tour will finally continue to Inkilltambo, Inca temple in the middle of a creek where we will give thanks for the opportunity to be there. After ten more minutes of walking, we reach the endpoint of our walk where our transport will be waiting to take us back to our accommodation.
